What Kind of Clothes to Wear
Comfortable and appropriate tight-fitting clothing, as to allow for stretching and postures. Baggy clothes will get in the way of most postures
About Food & Hydration
It is suggested not to eat at least 2 hours before class begins. At the latest, you can eat fruit, 1/2 an hour before class starts. Make sure to drink enough water before and after class begins.
